These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products and services from MedTech Innovates , By placing an order or purchasing any product from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Receipt of Short-Expiry Product(s)
MedTech Innovates is committed to supplying products with an adequate shelf life wherever applicable. Customers are requested to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Eligibility for Claim
Any claim regarding a short-expiry product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer’s packaging with all labels intact.
Products supplied with a pre-disclosed short expiry and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or replacement.
Claims received after the specified period may not be considered.
Claim Process

Invoice or Order Number
Product Name
Batch/Lot Number
Expiry Date
Photographs of the product and packaging
After verification, MedTech Innovates will determine whether a replacement, credit note, or any other appropriate resolution is applicable.
2. Receipt of Product(s) Damaged in Transit
Although every shipment is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch, damage may occasionally occur during transportation.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
If visible damage exists, mention it on the delivery receipt (where applicable).
Notify MedTech Innovates within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Do not install or use the damaged product until instructed by our support team.

Invoice or Order Number
Clear photographs of the outer package
Clear photographs of the damaged product
Description of the damage
Delivery details
After verification, MedTech Innovates will arrange repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution depending on the nature of the damage and warranty terms.
3. Receipt of Product Having Manufacturing Defect
If you believe that a product has a manufacturing defect, please notify MedTech Innovates immediately after discovering the issue.
Conditions
The defect must not be caused by misuse, mishandling, improper installation, accident, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
The product may require inspection by our technical team or the original manufacturer before approval.
Claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Invoice or Proof of Purchase
Product Name and Model
Serial Number (if applicable)
Photographs or videos showing the defect
Detailed description of the issue
Once verified, MedTech Innovates will facilitate repair, replacement, or warranty support as per the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
General Terms
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by MedTech Innovates.
Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices where applicable.
MedTech Innovates reserves the right to reject claims where products have been damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operating instructions.
Shipping charges for returns or replacements may apply unless the claim is approved as a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage.
Product availability may affect replacement timelines.
MedTech Innovates reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
